The number of staff off sick with Stress, Depression and Anxiety is increasing. This puts further strain on the remaining staff, and adds to costs. Some staff remain at work, but are struggling with poor performance, communications issues, emotional outbursts, and looking unwell. Many managers find these situations difficult to handle.
The Stress Tool is a powerful educational tool for managers and HR to help understand how their staff with emotional well-being problems are feeling, and how it affects their performance and attendance. It can be given as course "pre-reading" and/or part of a suggested interactive approach to empowering your staff.
