Professional Feedback

Dr G Woodroof FFOM, Consultant Occupational Physician

It is really good and has big potential as an explanatory/educational tool.

Vanessa Davies B.A ( Hons) Dip.App.Psy, EAS MBACP

Having viewed your "What's happening to me?" presentation I would like to say how useful it would be to a range of clients. It is clear, not too lengthy and something most people, presenting with a range of symptoms from depression, trauma, adjustment issues, stress, anxiety, and so on, would find informative and gain some comfort from. As a practitioner I would recommend my clients view it prior to any treatment as it gives a good basis from which to discuss their symptomatology with me. It also make my job easier as they come having been re-assured.

I think Tony's "What is happening to me" Stress Tool offers an important message in that none of us, at times, escape from emotional turmoil. By recognising our thoughts and feelings we can be reassured that these are normal and understandable reactions to life events and that we have choices and strategies within us to cope and move on.

Nina Nelson, Counsellor/Mental Health Worker

An informative and useful tool in the promotion of emotional wellbeing which can be utilised by everyone, especially within Human Resources and Occupational Health.
