The number of staff off sick with Stress, Depression and Anxiety is increasing. This puts further strain on the remaining staff, and adds to costs. Some staff remain at work but are struggling with poor performance, communications issues, emotional outbursts, and looking unwell. Many managers find these situations difficult to handle.
The Stress Tool is a powerful educational programme for managers and HR to help understand how their staff with emotional well-being problems are feeling, and how it affects their performance and attendance. It can be given as course "pre-reading" and/or part of a suggested interactive approach to empowering your staff.
Please contact us by email on info@whatshappeningtome.com if you wish to discuss limited or multiple licences - for example you may wish to use "What's Happening to Me" as a read only intranet tool for your staff as part of your Stress Management Policy to aid compliance with the Health and Safety Executive initiative, and also that of the Department of Work and Pensions/ Dame Carol Black's Health, Work, and Well-being proposals.
