The Stress Tool How to use it

This is mainly covered in "who is it for".

For you as an individual, I recommend you watch and listen to it in a quiet environment, via your computer, or on your DVD player attached to your TV set.  Have a pen and paper handy, as you may want to take some notes.

If you want to pause and go back, the chapter layout makes this easy.

You may want to share it with your close friends and family, as it's a comfortable way to start talking about issues that may be troubling you and impacting on others.
